Refund policy

At DELLOVA, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, to ensure fair practices, we have the following return policy in place.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return, replacement, or damage claim:

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference regarding color, size, or design.
  • Minor variations in product appearance.
  • Products reported after the 7-day return period.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
