When will my order arrive?

What if I miss my delivery?

Our delivery partner will usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. You can also request a re-dispatch for a β‚Ή100 fee.

Will I get a refund if my order returns to sender?

Yes β€” we offerΒ free returns on all orders, and you’ll receive aΒ full refundΒ once the item reaches us.

This applies to both prepaid and COD orders, no deductions.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns or replacements only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible, the request must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

Returns for change of mind, personal preference, or requests made after 7 days are not accepted.

I received something damaged β€” what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dellova.in and share:

  • Your order number
  • A clear unboxing video
  • Images of the damaged product (if required)

Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.

Is an unboxing video mandatory for returns?

Yes. A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or damage claims.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
